2012 Plasma Protein Forum

   2012 is a milestone for PPTA – it’s our 20th Anniversary!

An exciting program is planned for this years Plasma Protein Forum, to be held Thursday, June 21st and Friday, June 22nd.  The Forum will be held at the J.W. Marriott in Washington, D.C.  Register today!

People worldwide rely on access to plasma-derived and recombinant analog therapies to improve and save their lives, and this is an opportunity for all stakeholders to come together. Consumers, physicians, caregivers, regulators and policymakers, and industry representatives should attend.  Key issues facing the industry today and in the future will be presented.

The Forum will address policies and regulations that impact consumers’ access to life-saving therapies in thought-provoking and engaging sessions. The plasma protein therapeutics community must work together to assure patient access. Our commitment to the community is steadfast and inspires new solutions to the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Highlights of the 2012 Forum include remarks from the National Health Council (NHC), the National Association of Rare Disorders (NORD) and a Member of Congress who serves on a key committee with jurisdiction of health issues. Forum attendees will also hear from a health care consultant on managing patient access to care pressures as well as an economist who will discuss donor motivation.

Register now, you won’t want to miss this year’s events. Together we will continue to demonstrate our collective “Commitment to the Community!”

Best regards,
