Thank you for another successful year!
SAVE THE DATE: JUNE 21-22, 2012
The Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) is pleased to invite you and your colleagues to attend the 2011 Plasma Protein Forum at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, Virginia. Patients worldwide rely on plasma-derived and recombinant analog therapies to improve and save their lives, and this is an opportunity for all stakeholders to come together. Consumers, physicians, caregivers, regulators and policymakers, and industry representatives support innovation, quality, and access to plasma protein therapies. These groups will come together during the Forum to discuss the key issues facing the industry today and in the future.
The industry is impacted by national and international dynamics as is patient access. The Forum will address policies and regulations that impact consumers’ access to life-saving therapies in thought-provoking and engaging sessions. Highlights of the 2011 Forum include panel discussions on:
- Immunomodulating Effects of IVIG: New Insights in Mechanisms of Action
- Milestones that made a difference
- FDA & EMA: Working together for all
- New Developments in clinical experiences with albumin
- What is optimal care?
Now, more than ever, the plasma protein therapeutics community must work together to assure patient access. Our commitment to the community is steadfast and inspires new solutions to the challenges of today and tomorrow. Join us June 14-15, 2011! There is no better opportunity to meet and network with key members of the plasma protein therapeutics industry. Let us continue to demonstrate our collective “Commitment to the Community!”
Best regards,

Julie A. Birkofer
