Registration for the Forum includes access to all general sessions, the exhibit hall and reception.
Individuals not registered for the Forum will be given the opportunity to register on-site or will not be granted access to these events.
Hotel Reservations
The Hyatt Regency at Reston Town Center is offering a special rate of $269 per night (plus applicable taxes) for Forum attendees. This rate will be available until May 24 or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are available from June 13 to June 19, 2010 at the special group rate. You may book your reservation on-line at: PPTA reservations or by calling 888-421-1442. Request the special rate for the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (group code: PPTA) when making reservations.

Terms and Conditions
Early Bird Registration: Payment MUST BE received by March 31, 2010 in order to receive the discounted rate.
Registration Type: PPTA reserves the right to confirm registration type and charge appropriately.
Substitutions: Substitutions WILL NOT be allowed on-site. Notification of substitutions must be received five (5) working days prior to the event (by June 8, 2010).
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing ten (10) working days prior to this event (by June 1, 2010) and will be subject to an administrative fee of $250.
