Your Story Could Help Someone Else Understand the Power of Plasma
Behind every plasma-derived medicine is a human story.
A patient finding a treatment that helps them manage their condition. A family rallying around a loved one. A healthcare professional helping a patient navigate their care. A donor giving plasma to support someone they've never met.
These experiences help show the real-world impact of plasma-derived medicines — and why awareness of plasma donation matters.
As part of International Plasma Awareness Week (IPAW), October 5–9, 2026, we're inviting members of the global plasma community to share their stories about the impact plasma has had on their lives and how it has helped power possibility.
What Does Plasma Mean to You?
Maybe plasma-derived medicines have helped you return to school or work. Maybe treatment has allowed you to spend more time with your family. Maybe you support someone whose health depends on these therapies.
Or perhaps you're a plasma donor who wants others to understand why you choose to give. Or maybe you are a medical professional who has seen patients and families regain hope after receiving plasma-derived medicines.
Whatever your experience, your perspective can help others better understand the people and experiences behind the power of plasma.
