The Plasma Protein Forum is the premier conference for the plasma protein therapeutics industry in North America. This annual event brings industry, policymakers, healthcare providers, scientists, and patients together to learn more about and discuss key developments and issues.
Registration
Registration for the Plasma Protein Forum (PPF) includes access to all general sessions, the exhibit areas, and the Reception on November 3 (you must be registered for the PPF in order to attend the Reception). Individuals not registered for the PPF will be given the opportunity to register on-site or will not be granted access to these events.
The Business Forum, taking place in the afternoon on November 4, is open exclusively to PPTA member companies, and attendees must be registered for the Plasma Protein Forum to participate.

PPF Group Registration Discounts (Members only)
Member companies sending multiple attendees to PPF may be eligible for a discounted registration rate. To qualify, a minimum of fifteen (15) registrants from the same member company must attend the conference.
If your organization is interested in a group registration discount, please email events@pptaglobal.org with the following information:

All group discount requests are reviewed individually. Once your request has been evaluated and approved, a unique discount code and registration instructions will be provided.
Please note that group discounts are available only for attendees registering through the same member company and may not be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. For questions regarding group registrations, please email events@pptaglobal.org.
PPF Group Registration Discount Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Group registration discounts are available to member companies registering a minimum of fifteen (15) attendees from the same member company.
- All attendees must be affiliated with the same member company at the time of registration.
Request Process
- Member companies must submit a group discount request through the designated contact email before completing registration.
- Requests must include the company name, primary contact information, and the anticipated number of attendees.
Approval
- Group discount requests are subject to review and approval by PPTA.
- PPTA reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.
- Approval is not guaranteed and may be limited based on registration capacity, event policies, or other considerations.
Discount Codes
- Approved member companies will receive a unique discount code for use during registration.
- Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used by eligible attendees from the approved member company.
- Discount codes may not be shared, sold, or distributed outside the approved organization.
Minimum Registration Requirement
- A minimum of fifteen (15) paid registrations must be completed using the assigned discount code.
- If fewer than fifteen registrations are completed, PPTA reserves the right to revoke the discount and require payment of the difference between the discounted and standard registration rates.
Combination with Other Offers
- Group discounts may not be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, scholarships, complimentary registrations, or special pricing programs.
Payment
- All registrations must be paid in full before November 3, 2026.
- Unpaid registrations may be canceled and may not qualify for discounted pricing.
Changes and Cancellations
- All attendee substitutions, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the conference registration and cancellation policy.
- Group discount approval does not modify or supersede existing registration policies.
Modification or Withdrawal
- PPTA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the group discount program at any time without prior notice.
Final Authority
- PPTA shall have final authority regarding eligibility, discount amounts, approval decisions, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
